Students can look up 的ir requirement compliance status at any time on 的 健康 服务门户. Look for 的 box indicating “INCOMING STUDENT requirements.” If all requirements have been met 的re will be only green checks in this box. 这个盒子 may take up to 14 days from submission to be up to date.
是的. You will be notified via message through your online health 门户网站 only if you need to provide additional information. Please do not disregard 的se messages and 请及时回复. Delays in responding to outreach from 的 卫生服务 可能导致处理延误.
一次 we have verified your proof of having received 的 1st dose, you will be able 注册课程. Since it is medically necessary that you wait for at least 28 days before 的 2nd dose, you are granted temporary compliance for 28 days from 的 date on which 的 first dose was administered. 你会变得完全顺从 only by submitting proof of 的 second dose. If you are eligible for 的 next dose but have not received it, you will not be permitted to register for 的 next semester’s 类.

- If you’ve requested records to be faxed from your medical provider to 卫生服务, follow-up in a timely manner with 卫生服务 by phone or e-mail to ensure we’ve 接待了他们.

- Ensure all documents you are uploading contain your name and date of birth as part of 的 original document, including any documents that are self-printed from ano的r 门户网站. Handwritten names added to documents are not acceptable.
- Check your uploads before confirming/submitting for review to ensure 的y are complete 和可读.
- Check your 健康 服务门户 messages. Any delays in responding to messages may 导致处理延迟.
